Job Description:  The marketing specialist plays a vital role in the success of our business development and customer support efforts in North America. The position will design, develop and implement successful communications initiatives and sales campaigns including white papers, newsletters, email/ letter campaigns and related marketing materials. In addition, the marketing specialist will provide prospect account research and lead identification using company/ external database, verification calls and web tracking tool among other sources. 

Special Skills:  Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in marketing, communications or public relations is required.   The candidate needs to have at least one year of experience in a similar capacity level.  Preference is given to those with experience relating to technical hardware products, consulting services or software.   The candidate must have a solid ability to conduct market research and surveys, and to translate this information into white papers, webinars and actionable data to fuel sales campaigns, and an ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.   We are looking for a person who is self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Prior use of software tools for collateral design and research (Excel, HTML Editors, Publishing tools, etc.) is also required.
